About Faisal Town Phase 2
Faisal Town Phase 2 sits beside the Thalian Interchange, running parallel to the Lahore–Islamabad (M-2) Motorway with roughly 12 kilometres of motorway frontage and a further 9 kilometres along the Rawalpindi Ring Road. It is also reachable from Chakri Road. In pure location terms it is the best-connected project the Faisal Town Group has launched.
The master plan is organised into Sector O (also called the Model Block), the Overseas Enclave and the General Block, with N Block added in September 2025 as a premium residential sector launched by Zedem International in collaboration with the Faisal Town Group. Plot sizes run from 5.56 Marla up to 2 Kanal.
One point we will not soften: the No Objection Certificate for Phase 2 is still under process with the RDA, unlike Phase 1 and Faisal Hills which are approved. That is normal for a project at this stage and the group has a track record of securing approvals, but it is a genuine risk you should weigh, and you should verify the current status yourself before paying anything.

Not yet. As of August 2026 the NOC for Faisal Town Phase 2 is under process with the Rawalpindi Development Authority. Phase 1 and Faisal Hills, by contrast, are already approved. Verify the current status directly with the RDA before making any payment.
